194U is a trading name owned and operated by Number 19 a privately run Guernsey organisation with over 30 years of experience in the music trade. Number 19's registered address is Number 19, First Floor, Harbour Court, Les Amballes, St. Peter Port, GY1 1WU. (Guernsey company registration number 45173).

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods online through www.194U.com (194U). By submitting an order, you (the customer) are accepting these terms. These terms contain the whole of the agreement and can not be varied at the request of the Customer. 194U has the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General

The purchase and contract between the Customer and 194U shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Guernsey law and shall be deemed to have been performed within Guernsey. The prices displayed are exclusive of local tax such as VAT, Goods sales tax and duty. Consignments sent to the UK of a value of £18 or under are exempt from VAT. Consignments over £18 will have VAT included to the sale and 194U will collect UK import VAT on your behalf (evidence of payment can not be supplied). Orders submitted maybe split up and delivered as separate orders to fall within the £18 limit. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of their own local taxes. 194U takes all reasonable effort to ensure that information displayed on the website is correct. In the event of any inaccuracy then 194U has the right to correct the error and will inform you by email if you have requested the product. The contract terms and date will be regarded as agreed at the time a confirmation of order and shipment is sent to you by email.

All products are new and DVDs are encoded for Region 2.

Orders can only be accepted by customers over 18 years old. In the event that you are under 18 then the purchase of the goods must be purchased through an adult. The adult is responsible for ensuring that any age restriction on the product is complied with.

Ordering and delivery

All orders must be accompanied with a credit or debit card. All credit cards are accepted with the exception of Amex. 194U will endeavour to process all received orders within a reasonable period of time (3 days of receipt of order). All items displayed on 194U.com are reflected as being in stock within 24 hours at the time of placing the order. If in the unlikely event that a product becomes out of stock then the product will go on back-order with delivery expected to be processed within 1 week or the customer will be notified by email. The Credit and Debit card will only be charged at the time the goods are being shipped. The customer will be informed by email of the acceptance of order, that the item has been shipped and payment has been processed. All goods will be supplied in new condition. Customers should be aware that some products may have been opened by 194U staff or for inspection by Customs Authorities. 194U can not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of products due to any event outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, riots, explosion, governmental actions, statutory changes, customs authorities, restrictions in working and any other similar events.

194U does not offer a gift voucher or gift wrapping service.

Missing damaged or return of goods

If goods are not received within 30 days of the date of the confirmation of shipment email then please email number19@guernsey.net stating the products ordered and your contact details. Should you receive incomplete orders (please note that orders maybe split), damaged or defective goods from us then please email number19@guernsey.net with your order details, description of fault and your contact details within 30 days of dispatch of order. 194U will have the right to replace or refund the good at its own discretion. Goods can only be returned if a genuine fault exists.

All goods returned must be in either their original or suitable packaging. Returned freight costs are not refundable.

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

To cancel orders please email number19@guernsey.net with your original order details. Any good already dispatched can not be cancelled.

Liability

194U shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

194U will have no liability for the content of the product sold unless it is an incorrect or faulty product. 194U liability will not exceed the value of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected and any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Guernsey Law.

Your personal details

194U will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party without your prior consent.

All information supplied by you must be accurate and correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
